The East Caithness Health and Social Care Team is part of NHS Highland, covering an area of 12,500 square miles across Highland and Argyll & Bute. We strive to ensure our services are accessible and responsive to the needs of our community.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our multidisciplinary team, providing holistic care to patients in their own homes. The primary responsibility will be to provide support and assistance to service users to maximize and maintain their independence.

We offer a comprehensive training program, including an SVQ in Health & Social Care, to support the post holder in developing their skills and knowledge. A driving license is essential for this role, with access to your own vehicle for work purposes. We also offer a competitive salary of £**20,000 - £25,000 per annum**, reflecting the new working hours of 37 hours per week from April 2024. Additional hours may be available via staffbank.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience is not required, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
