**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
In this role you will be supporting a gentleman with health and learning difficulties to live independently in his own home and work with a tailored care and support plan to meet his individual needs.

He is a sociable man enjoys a variety of activities to include swimming, music events and festivals, pipe bands, colouring, bike rides, relaxing with friends and holidays abroad.

**This is a part time contracted role
- 15 hours per week**

**Bank/casual work also available**

Varying shift patterns in the service typically include long shifts, 9.30am
- 9.30am, 9.30am
- 10pm, 10.30pm-7.30am, morning shifts 7.30am-9.30am. Will require flexibility for weekends and sleep ins.

You will provide support in all aspects of daily living including personal hygiene, managing finances, shopping, cleaning, meal preparation. Previous experience of learning disabilities would be an advantage.

We are seeking people who have a flexible and adaptable approach to work, adaptive communication skills, motivating and supportive. Drivers would be beneficial but not essential.
