Our client is a leading global software solutions business that provides market-leading construction software solutions.

They are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for client adoption, onboarding, 'churn mitigation', relationship building, and retention.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in customer success/account management SaaS experience, knowledge of the construction industry, and a stable career record.
