Contract Administration Specialist
About the Role:This Contract Administration Specialist role is available in Birmingham, West Midlands. We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a full-time Contract Administrator.
Responsibilities:- Maintain and update QHSE documentation using CBRE systems eLogbooks, Hazard Reports, training & competency records, PPE, toolbox talks.
- Manage CAFM system as key user on site including PPM records, reactives and reporting.
- Collate and process timesheets and expenses weekly.
- Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs.
- Create/raise Extra Works jobs.
- Create accurate Purchase Orders in a timely manner.
- Regularly review and process supplier invoices.
- Raise sales invoices (complete billing) in line with company deadlines at the correct margin.
- Run and review Profit & Loss reports monthly and influence P&L result.
- Monday - Friday work schedule.
- 8am - 5pm working hours.
- Based on site in Birmingham, West Midlands.
- Fully trained in MS Office applications.
The salary for this Contract Administration Specialist role is estimated to be around £40,000-£45,000 per annum depending on experience. CV-Library offers a competitive package and a supportive work environment.
