Contract Administration Specialist

About the Role:

This Contract Administration Specialist role is available in Birmingham, West Midlands. We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a full-time Contract Administrator.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update QHSE documentation using CBRE systems eLogbooks, Hazard Reports, training & competency records, PPE, toolbox talks.
  • Manage CAFM system as key user on site including PPM records, reactives and reporting.
  • Collate and process timesheets and expenses weekly.
  • Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs.
  • Create/raise Extra Works jobs.
  • Create accurate Purchase Orders in a timely manner.
  • Regularly review and process supplier invoices.
  • Raise sales invoices (complete billing) in line with company deadlines at the correct margin.
  • Run and review Profit & Loss reports monthly and influence P&L result.
Requirements:
  • Monday - Friday work schedule.
  • 8am - 5pm working hours.
  • Based on site in Birmingham, West Midlands.
  • Fully trained in MS Office applications.
What We Offer:

The salary for this Contract Administration Specialist role is estimated to be around £40,000-£45,000 per annum depending on experience. CV-Library offers a competitive package and a supportive work environment.
