Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team at Gowling WLG. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for issuing transaction documentation, providing portal and client management support, and performing administration duties. This role requires a high level of organization, communication skills, and attention to detail.

About the Role: The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of case management systems and experience in generating and issuing standard contract and transaction documentation. They will also be able to assist with building and maintaining client portals, preparing sales and purchases, and uploading documents to Worksite. Additionally, they will arrange meetings, coordinate travel, book reservations, and submit online applications for SDLT payments. Other responsibilities include creating bill requests, finance forms, and completing spreadsheets with financial information, as well as entering and updating data in spreadsheets for client reporting and updates.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
