Job Title: Procurement Administrator Specialist

Staffline Group is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Administrator Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring contracts, NDAs are in place for all suppliers, negotiating renewals, and maintaining the contract database.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and negotiate supplier contracts to ensure continuity of supply and optimal pricing.
  • Manage the contract database, ensuring all agreements are approved by Legal and up-to-date.
  • Conduct cost savings initiatives and track record-keeping.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and collaborate with the Procurement Manager on reporting and administrative duties.
  • Negotiate Terms and Conditions between suppliers and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as purchasing or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in indirect purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
