We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Integral UK LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the billing process for national service contracts and providing exceptional customer service.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the billing process for national service contracts.
  • Action customer queries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Review Work in Progress reports, identify issues with missed billing, incorrect costs, and missing data.
  • Perform general office administration duties as required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in a billing and invoicing environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in billing and accounting software plus a good level of IT literacy.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve billing discrepancies.
