Job Title: Program Management Office Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Office Coordinator to join our team at identifi Global Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various actions across workstreams related to our office relocation program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating the office relocation program, working closely with internal project team colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with the landlord and managing agent, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work with representatives from Property and Workplace, Communications, Technology, and Change Management to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Support the Project Director in achieving program objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a PMO document governance system, ensuring program and project-level controls are in place.

Requirements:

  • Full lifecycle experience in a PMO role.
  • Proven experience in maintaining working relationships at management level, with the ability to integrate into the project team and engage with suppliers and external project representatives.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent academic credit.
  • Relevant practitioner-level project management professional accreditation, such as P3O, PRINCE2, or MSP.
  • Experience working in professional or financial services.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Project, and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience working on an office relocation project.
