Nightlife Experience Director:

May Fair Bar is seeking an experienced professional to lead our nightlife experience as a Nightlife Experience Director. This role requires someone who can develop and implement innovative ideas to drive sales and engagement in our bars and clubs.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new events and promotions to drive sales and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of nightlife industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
