We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager Senior to join our team at James Lambeth Limited. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities and partnerships;
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish commercial goals and objectives;
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to drive business growth;

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as construction management, civil engineering, or quantity surveying;
  • Proven experience in a similar commercial role within the groundworks and infrastructure industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;

Salary Information:

The salary range for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
