Job Role: Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £38,000-£42,000 DOE
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Hours: 3 ON 3 OFF Rotational Days & Nights / / (Weekly Rotations)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Role:
· Conducting planned and preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery, including electrical and mechanical fault finding and rectification
· Implementing continuous improvement methods to ensure smooth running of the plant and minimise downtime
· Collaborating with the engineering manager to ensure smooth production of the plant
The Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years worth of experience as a Maintenance Engineer
· Proven electrical capabilities in a manufacturing environment
· Proven hydraulic and pneumatic capabilities
· Previous experience working in the packaging industry (advantageous)
· Relevant Mechanical or Electrical Qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQs) - Advantageous
Key Skills:
· Electrical and mechanical fault finding and rectification
· Planned and preventative maintenance
· Continuous improvement methods
· Collaboration with engineering manager
