Lakeview Property Maintenance Ltd is a facilities management and property maintenance company specializing in the maintenance of communal areas of apartment blocks and the maintenance of commercial and industrial properties. Founded in 2003, our experienced team of engineers maintain hundreds of sites nationwide and our vehicle fleet covers in excess of 1 million miles each year to ensure that our customers remain satisfied.
The Maintenance Operative will carry out a broad range of general maintenance work, both indoor and outdoor, at residential blocks of apartments and housing estates, across the UK as required by LPM. The role will include liaising with clients and residents, assisting and advising the office to order materials, and reporting back to the Operations Director to ensure a smooth operation of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, drainage, painting, basic electrical work, and equipment repairs.
- Participate in an on-call rota and be available to travel to the site to deal with any emergencies that may arise while on call.
- Support the Company Vision and Mission Statement, and work in line with the Company Values and Culture at all times.
