We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the Wellingborough area. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, carrying out both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) work and reactive maintenance on our complex special-purpose machinery.

Your tasks will include basic fabrication work to facilitate machine repair, as well as resolving mechanical and electrical issues on-site. You will have the chance to identify improvement opportunities within our production processes, contributing to the continued growth and success of our business.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you can expect a shift pattern of 10pm to 6am, Sunday to Thursday, 20 days of holidays, in addition to Bank Holidays, and a pension scheme to secure your future financial stability.

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias and a solid foundation in electrical skills. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, such as FMCG, Food, Plastics, Automotive, Heavy Industry, or Pharmaceutical, is highly desirable. If you have completed an engineering qualification and possess competent skills in basic fabrication, you could be the perfect fit for our team.
