We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at the Selden Centre. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, including those with autism and challenging behaviours.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Participate in mandatory training and courses, such as PMVA, to ensure compliance with inpatient setting requirements.
