Job Description:

This role involves working as a key member of the health visiting service, providing high-quality care to families with young children. The ideal candidate will have experience of multi-agency working, managing a Health Visitor caseload and skilled in clinical governance and clinical effectiveness. They will be responsible for assessing health needs, implementing and evaluating health-enhancing activities, and generating information to influence policies that affect health.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • BSc Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor) qualification
  • Experience of multi-agency working and managing a Health Visitor caseload
  • Skilled in clinical governance and clinical effectiveness
