We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Coordinator to join our team at Undisclosed. As an Order Management Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of order entry and fulfillment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the entire process of fulfilling customer contracts from order entry to collection to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Implement changes as required for each project and optimize sales transfers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering phone calls, price enquiries, order updates, stock enquiries, and sales leads.
- Monitor customer plans versus actuals to proactively reduce span in customer order fulfillment grounded on OTD optimization.
- Ensure orders are validated, compliant, and approved before order entry.
- Own and update timely key dates using local operating mechanisms and reports.
- Daily follow-up of customer credit documentation and inventory.
- Give shipping and billing instructions in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
- Follow shipment, installation, and application via reports.
- Follow up on collections issues due to OTR.
- Provide root cause analysis on defects.
- Monitor and coordinate daily logistics traffic from warehouses.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management or order management.
- Strong administration skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Previous experience in administrative and/or order management role.
- Customer satisfaction oriented.
- Team player.
- Ability to use systems and work in a matrix environment.
- Proficient at understanding how the order configuration process works (Oracle experience a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
