Job Title: Creative Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer to join our team at CLFIS Limited. As a key member of our Creative Hub, you will play a crucial role in evolving our company's creative brand.

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for creating marketing and sales collateral to facilitate the delivery of business strategies and plans. You will work closely with our team to understand and enhance content, ensuring consistent adherence to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take and interpret design briefs, understanding customer requirements for online/offline collateral.
  • Deliver high-quality marketing material that meets the brief, within brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage internal and external resources to produce collateral on time and within budget.
  • Brief and manage participants in the production process, ensuring all material is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintain the creative library for all collateral, ensuring up-to-date material is available for internal distribution.
  • Drive creative initiatives/projects, employing fresh thinking and utilizing up-to-date innovations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Mac-based knowledge of design packages, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Highly skilled in presentation packages: Powerpoint, Prezi, Keynote, and knowledge of creating/building interactive PDFs and digital brochures.
  • Creative thinker with a proven track record of originating considered and reasoned creative concept work.
  • Attention to detail, ability to proof design work with a high level of accuracy and excellent typographical skills.
  • Ability to deal with people internally and externally at all levels, and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
