ADAS, part of the RSK Group, is seeking a full-time, permanent Commercial Bid and Marketing Assistant to support our busy sales bid and marketing teams. We are looking for a candidate who can develop their commercial awareness of applying for large tenders and frameworks worth up to several millions, as well as direct contact with customers in the field. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of agricultural and environmental sectors, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesBids:
  • Coordinate and prepare bid documents, ensuring they meet ADAS profit and cash flow requirements.
  • Assist with bid pricing and quality checking to assess the likelihood of success.
Marketing:
  • Support ADAS teams with organizing and implementing online and in-person events, including speaking opportunities.
  • Build strong internal relationships with key staff to ensure team engagement and maximize marketing opportunities.
  • Support the marketing manager in championing the ADAS brand and increasing the online and offline profile of the business.
Person Specification
  • A good understanding of agricultural and environmental sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills, including telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Proactive and creative approach to work.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Confident using Microsoft Packages: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint.
