We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Rent Administration Coordinator.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing estate agency based in Sydenham, London.


Responsibilities
  • Attend daily meetings with colleagues to discuss tasks and goals
  • Manage and prioritize workload efficiently
  • Respond to phone calls and inquiries from tenants and landlords
  • Process paperwork and documents for new lettings
  • Handle payment of invoices and bills
  • Source and order stationery and office supplies
  • Coordinate schedules and diaries for staff members
  • Stay up-to-date with current legislation and regulations

Requirements
  • A positive and can-do attitude
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in lettings administration (desirable)
  • Arla qualification (desirable)
