Rent Administration Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Rent Administration Coordinator.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing estate agency based in Sydenham, London.
Responsibilities
- Attend daily meetings with colleagues to discuss tasks and goals
- Manage and prioritize workload efficiently
- Respond to phone calls and inquiries from tenants and landlords
- Process paperwork and documents for new lettings
- Handle payment of invoices and bills
- Source and order stationery and office supplies
- Coordinate schedules and diaries for staff members
- Stay up-to-date with current legislation and regulations
Requirements
- A positive and can-do attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in lettings administration (desirable)
- Arla qualification (desirable)
