About the Role

This Administrative Assistant position in the Royal Docks office offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our team. As a key member of our administration staff, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage day-to-day operations, and support our sales and lettings teams.

Key Duties:
  1. Meet and greet customers, ensuring a positive first impression
  2. Answer and direct incoming calls, responding to queries and messages
  3. Process sales and lettings applications, maintaining accurate records
  4. Oversee rent arrears and document upload processes
  5. Coordinate supplier payments and manage stationery orders
  6. Support the accounts and lettings teams with administrative tasks
