The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced C RM and Data Executive to join our team, working on our Salesforce CRM. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our CRM strategy, workflows, and data segmentation practices to maximise lead conversion and campaign engagement.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM Executive or Marketing Executive looking to take their career to the next level. You will work closely with our Head of Marketing and CRM Consultant to develop our CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. Your role will involve creating, scheduling, and executing targeted email campaigns to drive engagement and acquisition of customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing CRM strategies, workflows, and data segmentation practices to maximise lead conversion and campaign engagement.
- Analysing data in the CRM to identify opportunities for automated workflows, personalised marketing, and improved lead nurturing.
- Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team to align CRM activity with other business objectives.
- Maintaining processes and best practices around data health and integrity.
- Ensuring proper segmentation and appropriate automation is used as widely as possible.
- Developing reporting and dashboards on Salesforce to monitor performance of campaigns and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a CRM Executive, CRM Assistant, Campaign Manager Executive, Email Marketing Executive, or similar role.
- A basic knowledge of Salesforce.
- Confidence in managing, manipulating, and segmenting data.
- Familiarity with setting up and maintaining automated workflows and journeys.
- Experience reporting using Excel and Google Analytics.
- An excellent communicator who can build effective relationships internally and externally.
Salary
The salary for this role is up to £33,000 + excellent benefits + progression + fast-growing business.
