**SENDCo Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled SENDCo to join our team at a Sutton-based school. The successful candidate will have a National Award for SEND Coordination (or working towards it) and proven experience as a SENDCo or in a similar leadership role within SEN.
The role involves leading and coordinating the provision for students with special educational needs, working closely with staff, students, and parents to ensure that all students with SEND are supported.

Your Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- National Award for SEND Coordination (or working towards it).
- Proven experience as a SENDCo or in a similar leadership role within SEN.
Salary and Benefits:
A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
