Job Description: LTF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Educational Assistant for Special Needs to support students with special educational needs in a mainstream primary school.

Responsibilities:

  2. Support Students: Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement personalized plans for students with special educational needs.">
  3. Teaching Assistance: Assist teachers in delivering lessons, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.">
  4. Adaptive Learning: Create and implement adaptive learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of students with special educational needs.">
  5. Social Skills Development: Support students with ASD and ADHD in developing social skills and behaviors necessary for success in a mainstream primary school.">
  6. Small Group Instruction: Lead small group instruction sessions, focusing on phonics, reading, and other essential skills.">
  7. Maintaining Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.">

Requirements:

  • Certification: Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification or degree.">
  • Experience: Proven experience working with children or in a school setting.">
  • Needs Experience: Demonstrated ability to support students with special educational needs.">

Work Arrangement: This role requires flexibility and adaptability. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £95 - £105 per day

Hours: 8:30am - 3:45pm, Monday - Friday, Term Time Only
