Support Assistant for Students with Special Needs

beBee Professionals in Sutton Coldfield is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with teachers to support students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to help students overcome learning barriers.
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
