About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at bMindful Psychology. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our clinical services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective care to children and young people.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting clinical teams and experience in performance management within a health, social care, education, or mental health setting. You will be responsible for providing oversight and specialist support to a team of dedicated clinicians, including line management, supervision, planning, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support across a range of services, including residential childcare, education, fostering families, and working with Local Authorities and families seeking support.
  • Develop and maintain a small caseload of direct clinical support across a range of services and support projects to develop and improve mental health services for children.
  • Provide detailed assessments and formulations to inform therapeutic care and risk management plans.
  • Support the development of a culture that promotes continuous improvement, open communication, and high-quality clinical services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified clinician registered with an appropriate professional body, have a proven track record of supporting clinical teams, and experience in performance management within a health, social care, education, or mental health setting.
