About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified clinician to take on a leadership role and drive the development of our clinical services. You will be responsible for overseeing the clinical team, providing line management, supervision, and support to ensure the delivery of excellent care. You will also be involved in the planning and development of new services and initiatives, working closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve clinical services, working closely with the team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide line management and supervision to the clinical team, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to deliver excellent care.
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement new services and initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of our clinical strategy, working closely with our leadership team to shape the direction of our services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified clinician with a proven track record of leadership and management experience. You will also need to have a strong understanding of clinical services and the ability to develop and implement plans to improve them. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes driving licence (preferred).
