Elevation Recruitment Group is pleased to be working with a public body organization based in Sheffield to find a Learning and Development Advisor for a 10-month fixed-term position. This role is part of a growing team that has almost doubled in size over the last year, reflecting the organization's commitment to investing in their Learning and Development strategy. The Learning and Development Advisor will be responsible for delivering training throughout the organization, both in-person and virtually. This will involve designing and sourcing training materials, as well as leading the development, delivery, and regular review of the induction process. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitation, designing, and delivering training, and will be confident in supporting stakeholders at all levels.
