About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue for our clients in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify customer needs and requirements through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Prepare and present detailed project costs and estimates in a timely and professional manner
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales teams for further development and growth
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as manufacturing and sales, to ensure budgets and deadlines are met
  • Work with channel partners to develop a sales pipeline and meet sales quotas
  • Maintain our clients' excellent market reputation through exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
  • Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment, ideally as an internal sales executive or similar
  • Experience working with CRM and MRP systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
What We Offer
