About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer experiences across various channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Prioritize and respond to customer queries in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and meet regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, exceeding their expectations and building trust.

About You

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
