  • Manage and coordinate kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

  • Develop and implement efficient kitchen processes, improving productivity and reducing waste.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in kitchen management and operations.

  • Contribute to maintaining accurate records and reports, as needed.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £16.65, paid weekly.

  • A 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday, term time only (39 weeks paid over 52 weeks).

  • A retention bonus scheme, offering £200 on completion of the probationary period and £300 after 52 weeks of employment.
