We are recruiting a dedicated and compassionate individual to take on the role of Care Leader, working in a dynamic care environment in Bracknell.
The Job Description:- Supervise and manage care staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery and promoting a positive work culture.
- Develop and implement care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet individual resident needs.
- Administer medication safely and accurately, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and implementing mitigating strategies.
- Support residents with daily living tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive service improvement, leveraging best practices and innovation.
Your Key Tasks:
- Deliver exceptional care, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines.
- Manage workload effectively, delegating tasks and prioritising responsibilities.
- Maintain ongoing education and training, staying current with industry trends and developments.

Your Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desired), demonstrating a strong foundation in care principles.
