As an Assistant Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be representing the brand image and values, whilst working alongside the Store Manager to effectively manage the stores operations and team.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager in delivering KPI's and implementing profit opportunities, providing daily and weekly sales targets for the store team, and monitoring KPIs and teams performance by running reports and updating the Store Manager on action plans.

You will also be responsible for controlling costs and store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin and rota's, inspiring, motivating and developing your team through training, coaching and product knowledge, and taking on the responsibility of the store in the Store Manager's absence.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about the brand and living our values, have strong customer service skills and previous experience in leading and developing a team, experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within a fast paced retail environment, and previous experience in managing store operations, stock and admin duties.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to motivate and drive their team to exceed KPIs, have a competitive salary of £45,000 per year, and enjoy incredible benefits, including a great working environment and the opportunity to develop on the skills needed for their future career at Levi Strauss & Co.
