Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at djs Executive Search Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, building a robust sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Deliver sales presentations and convert opportunities to sales
  • Develop and present market sector reports to identify new business opportunities
  • Mentor sales personnel to enhance skills and improve performance

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering successful business development initiatives
  • Experience working in a sales management or commercial business development role
  • Advanced negotiation skills and ability to be analytical and strategic
  • Strong customer focus and outstanding organizational skills
