A highly experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist is required by Calibre Search to join their team in Oxford and surrounding areas. This exciting opportunity offers a comprehensive salary package and excellent benefits.

The successful candidate will possess a strong electrical background, holding electrical qualifications such as NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations or maintenance and 18th edition as a minimum. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant, working as part of a team at various retail sites in the region.

Job Summary:

  • Perform electrical maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of facilities.
  • Support other technicians with major or minor maintenance work.
  • Complete all necessary PPM's and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales.

Requirements:

  • NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations / maintenance.
  • 18th Edition.
  • Strong electrical background.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: £42,319 (including standby), OTE £50 - £55K+.
  • Call Out: 1 in 4.
  • Paid Travel Time.
  • Overtime: 1.5x Monday - Friday, 2x Weekends.
