About the Role

We are seeking a Home Market Development Executive to join our team in Market Harborough on a Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets in a target driven environment and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the central point of contact for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors
  • Manage a team of Sales Managers
  • Deliver sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in New Homes Sales or Estate Agency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems)
