We are in search of a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager who will deliver critical insights and analytics for Norgine's product lines. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global BI&A, you will collaborate closely with the international commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate informed business decisions by offering data-driven recommendations
  • Enhance sales effectiveness and profitability through comprehensive market analysis
  • Design and implement insight strategies at both global and local scales
  • Lead and oversee Competitor Intelligence initiatives
  • Promote positive transformation and ongoing enhancements
  • Provide routine and on-demand reporting
  • Manage relationships with data and systems vendors

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of generating insights that influence sales outcomes
  • Financial acumen and a visionary entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven history of executing dependable market insight projects
  • Experience in planning for pre-launch activities and competitor analysis
  • Capability to create and present reports based on key performance indicators
  • Ability to navigate an international matrix management structure
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
