About the Role

Norgine is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Finance Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive financial support to Development and Global Support Functions (GSF) expenses across multiple brands within the Norgine group.
  • Oversee P&L management, driving effective financial planning, reporting, and business insights.
  • Support and challenge leadership to make informed financial decisions.
  • Ensure financial governance, liaise with Global Business Services (GBS), and drive financial targets.
  • Provide financial analysis for budgeting, forecasting, and project evaluations.
  • Focus on continuous improvement, FTE and capex tracking, and audit support when needed.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of finance experience in a multinational environment.
  • Advanced numerical, reporting, and planning skills.
  • Strong analytical skills working with financial IT systems.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and communication/presentation skills in English.
  • Excellent teamwork and organizational skills, working in a cross-functional organization matrix.
  • Ability to think outside the box and influence and proactively challenge.
  • Knowledge of a pharmaceutical commercial environment from both a sales and operations aspect.
