About the Opportunity

The estimated annual salary for this role is around £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a Clinical Leadership role within our Acute Hospital OT team.

Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to develop their leadership skills and contribute to the strategic direction of our service. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and implementing change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the future of our service.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • BSc Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Significant experience of leading teams and implementing change initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
