Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across various clinical areas, developing their skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in an acute hospital setting, with a strong understanding of current legislation and its application to Occupational Therapy. They will also have excellent leadership skills, including the ability to supervise staff and complete annual appraisals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff and complete annual appraisals
  • Support undergraduate students during clinical placements
  • Develop skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment
Person Specification

The successful candidate will need to meet the following requirements:

  • BSc Degree in Occupational Therapy or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration with Health and Care Professions Council
  • Good standard of general education, including GCSE maths and English grade C and above
  • Evidence of CPD, including recent post-graduate training relevant to clinical specialty
  • Evidence of leadership training
