Mentor and Learning Coach

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Learning Mentor to join our dedicated team at Academics Ltd. As a Learning Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to achieve their full potential.
About the Role:
- You will provide individualized support to students with SEN, including those with specific learning difficulties, behavioral challenges, or emotional needs.
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans to address individual students' needs and promote their progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Support students in developing essential life skills and enhancing their confidence and self-esteem.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Learning Mentor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality support to students with SEN, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and accommodations to succeed.
- Working closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and evaluating the impact of interventions.
- Contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture through your interactions with students, parents, and staff.
