About the Role:

The Litigation Team Leader will be responsible for effectively managing, motivating, coaching, and developing a team of Case Managers to ensure cases are dealt with in line with the business SLAs and in compliance with Court deadlines.

This role will involve day-to-day operational management of a team of Case Managers, identifying any recruitment requirements, and building the team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and managing new starter 12-week journey plans to ensure successful completion of induction.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring the effective management of daily workloads, re-assessing and re-allocating tasks as required, using motivational strategies to ensure high performance from the team, and conducting regular one-to-ones to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience of managing a high-performance team in a supervisory or team-leader role, with demonstrable experience in coaching and mentoring teams to achieve high performance.

A CMI certificate or diploma is desirable, but not essential. The successful candidate will also be able to build, develop, and maintain long-lasting relationships, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with experience of all Microsoft applications.
