We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Team Leader to join our award-winning organisation. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our head office in the UK. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum with the opportunity to earn a bonus making a total OTE of £33,000. There is also a comprehensive benefits package in addition to your salary.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our litigation team, providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure the effective management of cases. You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement litigation strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the litigation team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement litigation strategies to minimize risk and maximize returns
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on litigation matters
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company funds
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in litigation management, preferably in a senior leadership role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
