Salary: £36,176 - £38,596 per annum + £5,000 Welcome Bonus

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic interventions to promote the physical and emotional well-being of individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN
  • Positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches in practice
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
