Role Overview
A Logisitics Operations Manager opportunity has arisen at Interaction Recruitment. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and upskill an efficient service team within the forklift industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and upskill an efficient service team within the forklift industry, leading both the workshop and field service teams effectively to ensure all breakdowns and servicing is carried out efficiently to generate as much revenue and profit for the company.
- Oversee the daily scheduling for the field service team, providing occasional emergency cover when necessary to ensure services are carried out within timescale.
- Be the point of contact for customer technical support, diagnosing, documenting and resolving issues where required, taking ownership of customer relationships.

Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this role is £60,000 per annum, with a range of benefits including company vehicle, fuel card, laptop and mobile phone provided, remote working potentially available, 28 days holiday including bank holidays, pension scheme, on site parking and company wide bonus scheme upon completion of 6 month probationary period.
