About the Job

We're recruiting for a Logistics and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Bicester, UK. As a key member of our Routewide team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our logistics and security strategy is adhered to, providing guidance on all areas, and managing the movement of vehicles to and from Contractor's Working Areas using bespoke systems developed within the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Supply Chain Management, with a strong background in creating and implementing policies and processes. You should also possess excellent analytical skills, particularly in identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to optimize logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor compliance and performance by the supply chain across Area C2 and C3
  • Liaise with Suppliers and their supply chain to resolve booking and compliance issues
  • Ensure adherence to logistics and security strategy
  • Manage movement of vehicles to and from Contractor's Working Areas

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 per annum
