Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator/ Co-ordinator to join our team at Hayden Nash Consultants. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, previous experience in a similar role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess incoming enquiries from direct communication or the sales team
  • Create quotations and tender documentation
  • Liaise with product design team on custom solutions
  • Follow up on quotations at appropriate points in the process
  • Manage the CRM system
  • Manage lead generation tools
  • Process incoming sales orders
  • Liaise with the order fulfilment team for smooth supply of products to customers
  • Manage after-sales requirements

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
