Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator/ Co-ordinator to join our team at Hayden Nash Consultants. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, previous experience in a similar role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess incoming enquiries from direct communication or the sales team
- Create quotations and tender documentation
- Liaise with product design team on custom solutions
- Follow up on quotations at appropriate points in the process
- Manage the CRM system
- Manage lead generation tools
- Process incoming sales orders
- Liaise with the order fulfilment team for smooth supply of products to customers
- Manage after-sales requirements
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic database skills
- Ability to understand business calculations
- Competence to correspond via email in a professional manner
