Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Straumann Group. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory through the development of customer businesses.
Main Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for our products and services.
• Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers to promote and sell our products and services.
• Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, customer services, and logistics.
• Analyze the territory potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
• Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share, and value opportunities.
• Utilize CRM and IANO-S software to enable identification and progress of customer interactions.
Requirements:
• Degree qualification or equivalent is preferable.
• Previous sales experience or related experience in a sales excellence role in the dental industry – 3 years plus.
• Ability to analyze data and identify potential business solutions for customers based on customer values and ambitions.
• Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships based on trust and respect.
• Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.
