Job Title: Group Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Group Sales Executive to join our team at Empower Digital Limited. As a Group Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in selling our range of products to a diverse customer base, exceeding budgeted targets while upholding our company standards and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Respond effectively to inbound sales inquiries via telephone and email, identifying customer needs and seizing opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell our products.
- Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into profitable sales, striving to surpass budgeted targets across our product range.
- Data Management: Accurately capture and input customer data into our database, enabling future contact and marketing opportunities.
- Opportunity Identification: Periodically research and identify new sales opportunities to present to the Sales Director, contributing to the creation of new revenue sources.
- Product Success: Monitor and assess product success, proposing modifications as needed to maintain profitability.
- Professionalism: Execute duties professionally and consistently, following all company procedures, and maintaining the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate excellent time management skills and adaptability to work weekend days when required.
Requirements:
- Personality: You are a self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook, driven by quality and profit. Your motivation, discipline, and articulateness set you apart. You are a team player with excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, is essential.
- Business and Selling Skills: You are an excellent telephone communicator comfortable dealing with executives and private individuals. Previous experience in event or hospitality sales is advantageous, and a passion for motorsport is a plus.
- Numeracy and Literacy: You possess a good standard of numeracy and literacy, including basic business calculations (e.g., gross margin percentages and VAT) and strong writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
