Group Sales Executive

Empower Digital Limited is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Group Sales Executive to join their team at their Head Office.
About the Role- Full-time, permanent position with occasional weekend work
- Monday to Friday (9-6) with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Customer Engagement:
- Respond effectively to inbound sales inquiries, identifying customer needs and seizing opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products
- Build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Sales Conversion:
- Convert inquiries into profitable sales, striving to surpass budgeted targets across the product range
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Data Management:
- Accurately capture and input customer data into the company database, enabling future contact and marketing opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Opportunity Identification:
- Research and identify new sales opportunities to present to the Sales Director, contributing to the creation of new revenue sources
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive business growth
- Product Success:
- Monitor and assess product success, proposing modifications as needed to maintain profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
- Professionalism:
- Execute duties professionally and consistently, following all company procedures and maintaining the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Flexibility:
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills and adaptability to work weekend days when required
- Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Personality:
- Self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook, driven by quality and profit
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach
- IT Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Business and Selling Skills:
- Excellent telephone communicator comfortable dealing with executives and private individuals
- Previous experience in event or hospitality sales is advantageous, and a passion for business is a plus
- Numeracy and Literacy:
- Good standard of numeracy and literacy, including basic business calculations (e.g., gross margin percentages and VAT)
- Strong writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar
