We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated nurse to join our nursing home in Abergavenny. With a competitive salary of £20.70 per hour, plus paid breaks, and an annual salary of up to £45,208, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting to the healthcare team.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
